In Greek mythology, there is a figure known as Atlas. He is condemned by the gods to hold the heavens on his shoulders. Similarly, we also face a massive weight - one which we are not equipped to carry.
We face this unique battle as human beings: our success and the world we've built from it are causing us to be miserable. Our mind was never meant to take in the massive ocean of information we do every day. Our brains are beautiful and complex machines made up of about 86 billion neurons. It has done its job keeping us alive, but as of late, the world has become so advanced so quickly that it has outpaced our brain's ability to adapt to it.
This weight we carry causes our brains to be fearful, unfocused, and tired. We live our lives with fragmented attention, and as a result, we face unprecedented levels of stress, ADHD, anxiety, and depression in our society.
We may be condemned to hold up this world we built, but we have the option not to let it crush us. We can learn that our brains can adapt to become stronger, more resilient, and wiser. Atlas Mind aims to provide insight into the nature of the human experience and actionable information to improve our lives.
This company was created for those that feel their path is not yet finished. For those that know it leads to somewhere more beautiful than where they are now, yet can't quite see through the fog. It is also for those who have tasted happiness yet lost it somewhere along the path - our goal is to show you the way home. Simply put, this company is for those that want to find applicable ways to improve their daily experience with their minds. Thank you for joining us on this journey. You have all of my gratitude.
